Payment Terms

• General Purchases: Payment is required at the time of purchase. If you select the direct deposit option, payment is due by the date specified on the invoice.

• Handmade Made-to-Order/Custom Orders: Payment is required when placing the order. The turnaround time is 2 to 8 weeks unless otherwise stated or an agreed delivery date has been confirmed. Please note that made-to-order and custom orders cannot be canceled once payment is made.

• Pre-Orders Pre-orders allow you to purchase an out-of-stock or upcoming product. Full payment is required to place your pre-order. You will be notified via email that the item is not currently in stock and has been ordered from the warehouse. Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.

• Disclaimer: Photos of my handmade items are taken by me, and I strive to capture the colors as accurately as possible. However, some shades may appear differently due to lighting and camera settings. Please note that variations in screen resolutions may also affect how colors are displayed. Some AI photos have been used so that you are able to see each product being used as intended.
