How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive? We are based in Queensland, north of Toowoomba. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, so please allow extra time for your order to reach your door.
When Will My Order Be Posted? Orders with in-stock products are posted Monday to Friday, five days a week.
When Will My Handmade Custom Order Arrive? Custom orders will be posted 2 to 8 weeks after you order. An estimated delivery date will be confirmed once your order has been placed. Please contact me if you need an approximate delivery date before you place your order.
