Will My Order Be the Same Dye Lot? Yes, we understand how important dye lots are for your projects. Rest assured, all orders will be sent out in the same dye lot to ensure consistency in your creations.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive? We are based in Queensland, north of Toowoomba. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, so please allow extra time for your order to reach your door.
When Will My Order Be Posted? Orders with in-stock products are posted Monday to Friday, five days a week.
What Are Pending Order Items? Pending yarn and craft supply items are not currently in stock, but we are happy to order them for you. Please allow 7 to 14 days for your order to arrive.
When Will My Handmade Custom Order Arrive? Custom orders will be posted 2 to 8 weeks after you order. An estimated delivery date will be confirmed once your order has been placed. Please contact me if you need an approximate delivery date before you place your order.
