Will my order be in the same dyelot?

Absolutely — I always do my very best to make sure your order comes from the same dyelot. Keeping your colours consistent is so important for beautiful, seamless projects, and I know how much makers rely on that. If for any reason I don’t have enough balls in the same dyelot, I’ll contact you before sending your order so you’re never left with mismatched shades.

Your stitches deserve the perfect match, and I’m here to make sure you get it.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be on its way very quickly. I pack and post orders every day, and most parcels are dispatched next business day—often the same day you place your order. Once it’s with Australia Post, delivery times are usually quite fast, and you’ll receive full tracking so you can follow your happy little parcel all the way to your doorstep.

If your parcel ever seems slower than expected, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll happily look into it for you. I want your yarn to reach you as soon as possible so you can dive into your next project without delay.

Are returns available?

Your happiness matters. If something isn’t quite right, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll be glad to help. Items approved for a refund or exchange must be returned in their original condition within 21 days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable once an order is in transit, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Placing a custom order for handmade family gifts?

Custom pieces are lovingly handmade and usually posted within 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the project. Because every order is unique, I kindly ask that you email me before placing your order so I can give you an accurate timeframe for delivery.

Once we’ve chatted and you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll confirm your estimated delivery date and keep you updated throughout the process. I’m always happy to help and want to make sure your handmade treasure arrives right when you need it.
