We ship within Australia using Australia Post. Thank you for supporting our small country business.

Processing and dispatch

In-stock yarn is usually dispatched within 1 business day.

Occasionally, we may need to source matching yarn from our supplier so that the quantity you’ve ordered can be supplied in one dye lot. Supplier stock generally takes 5–7 business days to reach us, after which we’ll dispatch your order promptly. If your order is affected, we’ll contact you with the expected dispatch timeframe.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Standard tracked shipping: 1–6 business days. For Western Australia, allow up to 10 business days.

Express tracked shipping: 1–4 business days. For Western Australia, allow up to 6 business days.

These are estimated transit times starting after dispatch, not from the day you place your order. Express shipping speeds up the delivery stage but does not shorten any time needed to source matching dye-lot stock.

Dye lots

Where possible, we supply multiple balls of the same yarn colour from one dye lot to help keep your project’s colour consistent. If we cannot supply the quantity ordered in one dye lot from our available stock, we’ll contact you before dispatch to discuss the expected wait for matching stock.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom and made-to-order handmade items are dispatched within 2–8 weeks of ordering, or within the timeframe arranged with you.

Please contact us before ordering if you have a project deadline, particularly if you need a larger quantity in one dye lot. Email admin@jacarandacountrycrafts.com.au, and we’ll help you check the likely timeframe.
