Shipping Information
We ship all orders using Australia Post and aim to get your yarn on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1 business day.
Some products may need to be ordered from our warehouse supplier. These items generally arrive to us within 5–7 working days, after which your order will be posted straight away.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days once dispatched.
Dye Lots
When ordering multiple balls of yarn, we always try to supply them from the same dye lot where possible.

- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Contact us at admin@jacarandacountrycrafts.com.au for details.
- International Orders: Overseas customers are welcome! Please email us for a shipping quote before purchasing. Additional customs fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom & Made-to-Order Handmade Items: These will be shipped within 2 to 8 weeks from the order date (or as arranged).
Important Notes:
- Items are carefully packaged—please open packages cautiously to avoid damage.
- Ensure your shipping details are accurate. Additional costs due to incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping costs are not refundable should you wish to return your order.
