Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange is available if you are not happy with the colour. If a refund or exchange for your order is arranged, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 21 days for a full refund. Our shipping costs are non-refundable if the order is already in transit before the order is cancelled. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please note that custom orders for handmade gifts and products are non-refundable due to change of mind. However, if an item is faulty, please contact me to arrange a replacement. Faulty items must be posted back to us before a replacement is issued.
